How to make it

  • Mash the avocado, slap it on some thinly sliced bread.
  • Top with a slice of ham, slice of tomato, glug of balsamic. Garnish with a sprig of basil and grind of S+P!
  • Serve as an open sandwich....
  • mmmm.... I could live off these!
