Ingredients
  • 2 or 3 bananas
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 pt. whipping cream

Directions
  1. Cover the bottom of an 11x15 inch pan with graham craker crumbs.
  2. Layer sliced bananas over the crumbs.
  3. Slice ice cream 1/2 inch thick and place over bananas.
  4. Sprinkle with nuts.Freeze until firm.
  5. Melt butter and chocolate chips
  6. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and the milk.
  7. Cook until the mixture thickens; stir constantly.
  8. Remove from heat and add vanilla. cool.
  9. Pour this over the mixture in the pan
  10. Return to freezer.
  11. Serve with whipped cream and nuts
  12. Store in freezer. This will keep for several weeks
