How to make it

  • Cover the bottom of an 11x15 inch pan with graham craker crumbs.
  • Layer sliced bananas over the crumbs.
  • Slice ice cream 1/2 inch thick and place over bananas.
  • Sprinkle with nuts.Freeze until firm.
  • Melt butter and chocolate chips
  • Add 2 cups powdered sugar and the milk.
  • Cook until the mixture thickens; stir constantly.
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla. cool.
  • Pour this over the mixture in the pan
  • Return to freezer.
  • Serve with whipped cream and nuts
  • Store in freezer. This will keep for several weeks

    I have the Peanut Buster Parfait clone for this, too - one of the best summer desserts! So nice to have in the freezer - nice post michellem!!
