Fry Wrap Wrap

Clearing the leftover of the wrap wrap
Ingredients
- Blend the following: shopping list
- 50g of chicken fillet shopping list
- 50g of pork (include fats) shopping list
- 30g of fish paste shopping list
- 2 garlic shopping list
- 2 shallots shopping list
- 1/4 onions shopping list
- One piece of carrot (about 3cm length) shopping list
- 1 piece of dried chinese mushroom (soaked) shopping list
- 1 piece of water chestnut shopping list
- 4 pieces of soy sheet (each one the size of 15cm by 5 cm) shopping list
- 4 pieces of Chinese cabbage (size slightly smaller than soy sheet and soaked in hot water for 5 mins) shopping list
- 1 bunch of straw mushroom shopping list
- 4 pieces of wanton sheet shopping list
- 3 teaspoon of oil shopping list
How to make it
- Placed a layer of chinese cabbage on the soy sheet and the soy sheet on top of the wanton sheet.
- Lay the straw mushroom on top of the chinese cabbage and quarter portion of the blended ingredients.
- Roll the wrap up.
- Heat up the oil on pan and fry the wraps.
