How to make it

  • Wash liver & combine in a saucepan with 1 chopped onion add water to cover.
  • Bring to a boil, then cook over low heat for 10 min.
  • Drain discard water
  • Remove skin from liver.
  • Grind or chop the liver
  • Add eggs, remaining onion & blend till smooth,
  • Blend in Virgin oil, salt, pepper, & garlic powder .
  • Taste to adjust seasoning for your taste buds
  • NOTE: I use a food processor for my chopping & blending its time saving.
