Chopped Liver Patti Du Fois Gras

- 1 pound calf, beef, or chicken liveres shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- 2 hard cooked eggs shopping list
- 3 tbl spoons Virgin oil shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper shopping list
- 1 dash of garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Wash liver & combine in a saucepan with 1 chopped onion add water to cover.
- Bring to a boil, then cook over low heat for 10 min.
- Drain discard water
- Remove skin from liver.
- Grind or chop the liver
- Add eggs, remaining onion & blend till smooth,
- Blend in Virgin oil, salt, pepper, & garlic powder .
- Taste to adjust seasoning for your taste buds
- NOTE: I use a food processor for my chopping & blending its time saving.
