How to make it

  • Saute onion & bell pepper till soft
  • Add chicken and cook for about 5 mins
  • Add about half the jar of dry roux and stir in about 2 cups of the water.
  • Stir until it is blended.
  • Add remaining water and roux.
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add the rabbit and seasonings
  • Cover and let simmer for about 2 hours
  • Adjust your seasonings to taste.
  • Serve over rice and enjoy!
  • it's even better the next day...
