Super Bowl Salsa Dip

- 2 pounds Velveeta, cubed shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 pound spicy italian sausage shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 can rotel shopping list
- 1 (12 oz) jar medium salsa ( I like to use spicy) shopping list
- 1/2 can black beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions shopping list
- tortilla chips shopping list
How to make it
- In a slow cooker set to high, place the cheese and milk and cook stirring occasionally until the cheese has melted and is well blended with the milk
- Cook Sausage until evenly brown, add onions and cook until onion is translucent
- Remove from heat and drain off grease
- Stir sausage mixture into cheese mixture
- Reduce heat to low
- Mix in salsa, Rotel and black beans
- Cook for about an hour, stirring occasionally
- Garnish with green onions and serve with tortilla chips
