How to make it

  • Mix sausage, chives, sage, and parsley in medium bowl to blend
  • Whisk egg and mustartd in bowl to blend
  • Place flour in bowl, breadcrumbs in another bowl
  • Roll hard-boiled egg in flour
  • Using wet hands, press sausage mixture around egg (1/4-1/2" thick evenly around egg)
  • Brush egg with mustard mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs covering completely and pressing to adhere, repeat with remaining eggs
  • Deep fry until dark golden brown, serve halved with Dijon Mustard
