Rhubarb Cake

- Cake: shopping list
- 1 ½ c sugar shopping list
- ½ c butter shopping list
- 2 c flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- ½ c chopped nuts shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 c buttermilk shopping list
- 2 c rhubarb, cut fine shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- ½ c white sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Cream together sugar, butter, eggs, salt and vanilla.
- Sift dry ingredients.
- Add with milk and cream into mixture.
- Add rhubarb and nuts.
- Pour into 9 x 13” cake pan and sprinkle with topping.
- Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
