How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Blanch green beans if fresh.
- Toss with remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until beans are slightly brown and crispy on ends. Depending on my mood, sometimes I cook them longer until they are slightly carmelized...They're the best that way. You can serve them still crisp, as long as the onions and garlic are cooked through. Beautiful and delicious!
