I decided to layer an assortment of home made dips: guac, beans, salsa, sour cream and cheese etc for my quests this past super bowl. of course one can do it super easy by buying prepared dips and layering them in a glass bowl or serving dish. Ingredients
- salsa: storebought or: shopping list
- quick home made : shopping list
- 2 large roma tomatoes shopping list
- 1 Tbs chopped white onion, shopping list
- hot sauce to taste shopping list
- chopped fresh cilantro if desired shopping list
- Gaucamole: shopping list
- storebought or: shopping list
- quick homemeade shopping list
- 3 ripe avocadoes shopping list
- lime juice shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- Bean dip: storebought shopping list
- or Quick Homemade shopping list
- 1 can red or black beans, drained rinsed, mashed shopping list
- or Leftover peprared New Oleans red beans shopping list
- liquid smoke to taste shopping list
- 1 large container of sour cream shopping list
- Cheese: shredded as you like: swiss, cheddar etc shopping list
- Garnish if desired: shopping list
- chopped parsley, cilnatro or basil or sprinkled paprika shopping list

How to make it
- Simply layer the dips as you like into glass containers or bowls for taste, texture and color as you desire
- Serve with chips , crackers etc
