How to make it

  • Place pork, scallions and ginger in a small pot, pour some red wine & soy sauce, and cook in medium heat at least 2 hours.
  • Pour peeled sagittoria and cook for about 20 min. Serve hot w/ rice.

    It’s called “ci gu” in Chinese or “Chinese arrowhead” in English, which tastes like potatoes but a little bit bitter and chunkier.
