How to make it

  • 1. Take cecina steak and cut into small peices about 1/2 x 1/2. Place them into a pan and fry (no need for oil) them until brown and most of juice is absorbed. Set the pan aside.
  • 2. Heat your cormal to medium heat. Lay the tortillas out and add about 1/2 cup mozzarella to each tortilla, only on half, then also add as much cecina steak as desired to each tortillas and fold them in half. Place them on the cormal for about 2-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with salsa verde (green hot sauce), sour cream and a side of refried beans.
