Sourkraut With Meatballs

- 4 cups ground round hamburger shopping list
- 2 cups crushed saltine crackers shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt shopping list
- 2 egg yolks unbeaten shopping list
- 2 tbs. bacon fat shopping list
- 1 no.2 can saurkraut or 2cups homemade Kraut shopping list
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Combined first 7 ingredients throughly. shape into small meat balls
- Heat bacon fat in skillet brown meatballs
- pour sauerkraut and juice over meat balls
- Add brown sugar water vinegar
- cover simmer 30 minutes or till heated through
- makes 5 generous servings
