How to make it

  • Combined first 7 ingredients throughly. shape into small meat balls
  • Heat bacon fat in skillet brown meatballs
  • pour sauerkraut and juice over meat balls
  • Add brown sugar water vinegar
  • cover simmer 30 minutes or till heated through
  • makes 5 generous servings
