Salsa Beer Roast - Crockpot

- 1 beef roast: 1.5-2 pounds shopping list
- 1 small jar salsa shopping list
- 1 bottle of beer (we use Corsendonk - aren't we lucky, we live in Belgium!) shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Brown roast briefly in hot skillet.
- Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook for 8 - 10 hours on low.
- NOTE: I usually make a sauce from the leftover liquid. Pour into microwavable bowl, add 2 tsp cornstarch disolved in 2 Tbsp water, one Tbsp brown sugar and microwave until thick, 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Never heard of your beer, but we have good beers in England.
Will use one of those, instead.
