How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Spray muffin pan with cooking spray
  • Arrange 2 pieces of Canadian bacon in each muffin cup, overlapping them
  • (Canadian bacon molds more easily if it is warm)
  • Place a pinch of shredded cheese into bottom of each cup
  • Crack eggs one at a time into custard dish or measuring cup, and slide into each muffin cup
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper
  • Bake 12-14 minutes depending on how well done you prefer your eggs
  • (For children eggs should be fully cooked to avoid salmonella risk)

    I just finished making this for my girls this morning (3-24-10). They arent too big on eggs yet, but they liked the bacon part. lol. I ate theirs and it was really good. Thanks. Dan
