How to make it

  • Rip the lettuce leafs into small pieces and place onto dinner plates.
  • Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over lettuce and add black pepper to taste.
  • Place bresaola on top of lettuce and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and again add black pepper to taste.
  • Shave the Parmigiano Reggiano with a potato peeler and place on top of bresaola.
  • Delicious and easy!

    Bresaola is air dried beef. It is prepared the same way as parma ham. It is very tasty!
