How to make it

  • Cut the chickenbreasts into cubes, sprinkle the N'Orleans cajun spice over the chicken and fry in the sesame seed oil.
  • Add the Bourbon and bbq sauce. Mix together and cook for 2 mins. Add the maple syrup, mix and cook for a further minute.
  • Serve with your favourite rice. Mine is Peri Peri rice or Thai Fragranced sticky rice. Yummy!
