Chicken wings Kraut and garlic

- 1 pkg chciken wings( about 8 per package ) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- louisiana hot sauce or your favorite shopping list
- 2 cups packed fresh sauerkraut, risnse and drain well shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 handful of fresh parsley chopped shopping list
How to make it
- We did not disjoint out wings, but you can if you wish
- Saute wings in a skillet in some oil over medium heat, turning as needed about 20 mins or wings browned and cooked through
- Liberally splash with favorite hot sauce during cooking
- Add the well drained kraut and cook and stir so kraut picks up the drippings in the pan
- Kraut will soften and wilt
- Then add the chopped garlic and cook and stir a minute or two to release flavor and soften
- Just before serving, toss on the parsley and stir
- This should serve two as a main course
- Serve with a cool flavored slaw ( see my chayote slaw post ) to balance heat and flavors
