How to make it

  • We did not disjoint out wings, but you can if you wish
  • Saute wings in a skillet in some oil over medium heat, turning as needed about 20 mins or wings browned and cooked through
  • Liberally splash with favorite hot sauce during cooking
  • Add the well drained kraut and cook and stir so kraut picks up the drippings in the pan
  • Kraut will soften and wilt
  • Then add the chopped garlic and cook and stir a minute or two to release flavor and soften
  • Just before serving, toss on the parsley and stir
  • This should serve two as a main course
  • Serve with a cool flavored slaw ( see my chayote slaw post ) to balance heat and flavors
