How to make it

  • Keep cooked fluffy rice and mix with a tsp of oil and keep aside to cool.
  • In a Kadia head 1 tsp of oil, put seasoning 1 by 1 - hing,mustard seeds,urid dal, chana dal , ginger,chilly,curry leaves and let splutter.
  • Add lemon juice and tumeric power at end.Salt can be added if not added to rice.
  • Add the mixture to the rice and stirr well.
  • Add fried peanuts if desired.
