Fish Roll Ups

- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced crabmeat shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 12 buttery round crackers, crushed shopping list
- 6 fillets of sole shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 tablespoon and 1 1/2 teaspoons butter shopping list
- Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray
- Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat
- Add onion and saute for 1 minute
- Stir in crabmeat, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook 1 minute more
- Remove from heat and stir in crushed crackers
- Season fillets with Old Bay and spread mixture over fillets
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and Parmesan cheese
- Roll up fillets and secure with toothpicks
- Place in baking dish
- Dot each roll with butter and cover pan tightly with foil
- Bake for 15-17 minutes
