How to make it

  • Rinse the salmon fillet in cold water and pat dry.
  • Place an aluminum foil in a shallow bowl ( wide enough to cover the top of the bowl ). Place the salmon fillets.
  • Drizzle the soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Cut the lemon in half. Cut half of the lemon into 4 slices and place in the bowl with salmon fillets. Juice the remaining half lemon and drizzle over the salmon.
  • Sprinkle the scallions or onions and ginger on top.
  • Cover the bowl with the aluminum foil.
  • Steam for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon fillets just flakes.
  • Carefully remove the bowl from the steamer and Drizzle the sesame seed oil over the salmon fillets.
