Steamed Salmon In Lemon And Soy Sauce

- 2 pcs 500 grams salmon fillets shopping list
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 Tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 Tsp ground white pepper shopping list
- 2 scallions or onions ( cute into 4 inch pcs ) shopping list
- thumb-sized ginger ( sliced ) shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 2 Tsp sesame seed oil shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse the salmon fillet in cold water and pat dry.
- Place an aluminum foil in a shallow bowl ( wide enough to cover the top of the bowl ). Place the salmon fillets.
- Drizzle the soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Cut the lemon in half. Cut half of the lemon into 4 slices and place in the bowl with salmon fillets. Juice the remaining half lemon and drizzle over the salmon.
- Sprinkle the scallions or onions and ginger on top.
- Cover the bowl with the aluminum foil.
- Steam for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon fillets just flakes.
- Carefully remove the bowl from the steamer and Drizzle the sesame seed oil over the salmon fillets.
