Apple Crumb Pudding

Well, in my search of my Strawberry Jelly and Whipped Cream Filled donut along with my Archway Almond cookie, I stumbled upon two new url's. I shall post a few of their recipes, and they have more recipes than here, but some posted recipes are clearly not neat and tidy as this url.
Ingredients
- 6 apples -- sliced thin shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- ⅓ cup sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- ⅛ teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 4 cups Sponge cake -- in small Cubes shopping list
- ½ cup margarine -- melted shopping list
How to make it
- Mix apples with lemon juice, sugar and spices.
- Toss cake cubes with margarine.
- Put 1/3 of cake in greased 8"x12" dish, top with half of apples. Repeat.
- Top with remaining cubes.
- Cover and bake 30 min. at 375F.
- Uncover and bake 30 Min. more.
