orange chipotle chicken

a spicy tangy chicken dish
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 cup low sugar orange marmalade shopping list
- 2 chipotles plus tbs of adobo shopping list
- 1/4 cup cilantro shopping list
- tsp apple cider vinegar shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- splash of oj or water shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 4 skinless chicken thighs shopping list
- 4 drumsticks shopping list
How to make it
- combine first 8 ingredients in blender
- pour 2/3 sauce over chicken in ziplock
- reserve 1/3 for basting
- marinate 5 to 8 hours
- grill until about 2 min until done
- turn off grill and baste with remaining sauce
- let sit in hot grill for 2 to 3 min
- enjoy!
