Crock Pot Pulled Pork and Coleslaw Sandwiches

- Pulled Pork: shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 3 lb pork sirloin roast, cut into 3 shopping list
- Cole slaw: shopping list
- 1 bag of coleslaw mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup of mayo shopping list
- 3 tablespoons canola oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 8 sandwich/hamburger buns shopping list
How to make it
- For the pulled pork: Mix together all ingredients except pork roast in crockpot. Add pork and turn pieces to coat with sauce. Cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Once done, shred pork and stir to completely incorporate in sauce.
- For the cole slaw: Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Cover and let chill for 1-2 hours.
- Once pork is done and cole slaw is chilled, make sandwiches! Put some pork on your bun and top with cole slaw. Enjoy!
