  • Now:
  • Strip these beauties down to the bare essentials.
  • Place in hot water,and cook for about 5 minutes,just until they turn a rosey pink.

  • Peel back the layers on the onion and slice ever so thinly.
  • Layer the shrimp and onion in a nice surround.
  • Add the necessary spices.
  • A pinch of heat.
  • Put under cover for at least 24 hours.
  • And then let all those succulent flavors just blend together.
