How to make it

  • 1. melt white chocolate on double boiler.
  • 2. mix water and glucose and put it in a double boiler stirring constantly until the water and glucose is thoroughly mixed.
  • 3. pour water-glucose mixture into the melted white chocolate
  • ( do not remove from the double boiler) stirring constantly until
  • the oil rises to the surface.
  • 4. Remove the oil from the mixture
  • 5. place the chocolate to the tray to set.
  • 6. after the chocolate has cool down knead, color and cover the cake.

    I'm rather ignorant when it comes to cake decorating, but how does one remove the oil from the mixture?
