How to make it

  • Peel and puree fruit in ixwer.
  • add a little gArlic and seasoning, aleternating with fruit and blending well
  • blend in the olive oil
  • season duck with salt and pepper
  • take puree and brush on breasts, saving 1/2 of mixture
  • Let marinade overnight
  • grill duck skin side down to render fat
  • slice on the angle
  • serve atop fresh lettuce top with extra fruit dressing
