New Orleans Duck Salad

- 8 to 10 kiwi shopping list
- 10 duck breasts shopping list
- 4 papayas shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 4 to 6 mangoes shopping list
- 2- 3 pinches rosemary shopping list
- 2 cups olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup chopped garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and puree fruit in ixwer.
- add a little gArlic and seasoning, aleternating with fruit and blending well
- blend in the olive oil
- season duck with salt and pepper
- take puree and brush on breasts, saving 1/2 of mixture
- Let marinade overnight
- grill duck skin side down to render fat
- slice on the angle
- serve atop fresh lettuce top with extra fruit dressing
