How to make it

  • Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
  • Drain and peel.
  • Cook sugar in a skillet over low heat until sugar turns brown.
  • Add butter.
  • Stir constantly until smooth.
  • Add potatoes.
  • Roll potatoes in sugar-butter mixture until coated and golden brown
