Pineapple Tart Cookies

Like i say it's a very famous cookies...cause of the test its has nice and fluffy test with the pineapple jam in it.
Ingredients
- 130 gm butter shopping list
- 30 gm ghee/clarified butter shopping list
- 3 tbsp condense milk shopping list
- 270gm superfine flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon custard flour shopping list
- 1/2 egg yolk shopping list
- 1/4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tbsp milk powder or u can use nestum cereals -crushed shopping list
- decoration shopping list
- egg yolk & sprinkles shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- pineapple jam shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Beat butter,ghee,egg yolk,baking powder and milk until creamy
- 2. Fold in sifted flour ,custard flour and powder milk or the cereals
- knead to form smooth dough .
- 3. use nozzle to pipe out and fill with pineapple jam ,roll up.
- 4. Glaze with egg yolk and sprinkles
- 5.Bake in preheated oven at 140 c for 30 minutes or till golden brown
