How to make it
- Beat eggs lightly in bowl. Add and mix in next 8 ingredients in order given.
- Pour into pie shell. Bake in oven 450 degrees F for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees F oven and bake about 45 minutes until an inserted knife comes out clean. Cool.
- (Optional)Smooth whipped cream over pie.
- Note: A 9 inch pie shall may be used. There will be about 2/3 cup filling left over.
