Marinated Ranch Broiled Chicken

Easy to marry chicken with the popular tang of ranch dressing. Marinate the chicken in the dressing mix and broil.
Ingredients
- 2 skinless,boneless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1 (1oz) pkg. dry Ranch-style dressing mix shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1 Tbs red wine vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine dressing mix,oil,vinegar in a large,resealable plastic bag and mix together. Add chicken to bag,seal and shake to coat; work mixture into meat.
- Refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight if possible.
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Remove chicken from bag,discarding any remaining marinade,and broil for 10-15 mins or till cooked through and no longer opink inside.
