Shanes Sweet Spicy Salsa

This was a challenge set by my girlfriend. We were eating salsa and I bet I could make a better salsa than what we had just purchased at the store. She said I couldn't do it. This salsa tastes great.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp red pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 squeezed lime shopping list
- 2 lrg bell peppers finely chopped shopping list
- 2 lrg white sweet onions finely chopped shopping list
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro chopped shopping list
- 45 oz of diced tomato shopping list
- 4 oz of chopped jalapeno peppers shopping list
- 4 oz of chopped green chili shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Smash lightly with potato masher until right consistency.
- Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
- Refrigerate for around 4 hours, stir again well and serve with chips.
