Chicken Popcorn

- ► 2 boneless and skinless chicken breast shopping list
- For marinade: shopping list
- ► 1 Tsp salt shopping list
- ► 1 Tsp black pepper shopping list
- ► ½ Tsp mustard powder shopping list
- ► ½ Tsp sugar powder shopping list
- ► 2 Tbs oyster sauce shopping list
- For batter: shopping list
- ► 1 Tsp salt shopping list
- ► 6Tbs flour (Maida) shopping list
- ► 1 Tbs cornflour shopping list
- ► 1 Tsp baking soda shopping list
- ► 6Tbs milk shopping list
- For coating: shopping list
- ► ½ cup flour (Maida) shopping list
- ► 1 cup breadcrumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Place the chicken piece on a cutting board and pound it with the
- smooth side of the meat hammer to a uniform thickness of about quarter of an inch. Cut it into 24 to 25 even sized pieces.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with: oyster sauce ,salt, black pepper and mustard . Let it marinate for 1/2 hour and set it aside.
- Now dip the chicken piece into the prepared batter and then coat it completely by turning it on both sides in the flour + bread crumbs mixture.
- After you are done with all of the chicken pieces dip a second time into the batter mixture and followed by the bread crumbs plus flour mix and then deep fry until cooked.
