How to make it

  • Place the chicken piece on a cutting board and pound it with the
  • smooth side of the meat hammer to a uniform thickness of about quarter of an inch. Cut it into 24 to 25 even sized pieces.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with: oyster sauce ,salt, black pepper and mustard . Let it marinate for 1/2 hour and set it aside.
  • Now dip the chicken piece into the prepared batter and then coat it completely by turning it on both sides in the flour + bread crumbs mixture.
  • After you are done with all of the chicken pieces dip a second time into the batter mixture and followed by the bread crumbs plus flour mix and then deep fry until cooked.
