- ► 1/2 tsp. clear vanilla extract shopping list
- ► 1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list

How to make it
- METHOD DONUTS:

- In A Mixing Bowl Add Yeast in hot water and mix well.
- Add milk, sugar, salt, egg, oil and 1 cup of Flour.
- Beat All On slow speed About 30 seconds.
- Scrape the Bowl While You Beating.
- Then beat on medium speed for 2 mins.
- Stir in remaining flour until smooth.
- Cover The mixture And Keep At Warm Place For 50-60 mins.
- It Will Be double in Size.
- Turn dough onto floured surface.
- Roll dough 1/2-inch thick. Cut with round cookie cutter.
- Cover and let rise on floured baking sheets until double, 30-40 Minuts.
- Heat vegetable oil in deep fryer to 350.
- Add Doughnuts In oil.
- Turn dounuts as turn golden brown,
- One minute on each side.
- Take Out The Doughnuts And Keep ThemTo Get cold.
- When Its Cold, make small hole to insert vanilla frosting.
- With a Sring Or Any Kind Of Nosel.
- At The End dust doughnuts With powdered sugar Nicely.
- You Can Make 12 doughnuts With This Recipie.
- METHOD VANILLA FROSTING:

- Take Cream butter and shortening.
- Gradually add sugar 1/2 cup at a time.
- Add milk and vanilla, beat until light and fluffy.
- ( You Can Keep This frosting In a Airtight container In ThefridgeFor 2 weeks )
- METHOD CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

- Take Chocolate Put in A Glass Bowl And Melt the chocolate on steam.
- Aad caster sugar and 1 tbs oil.
- when the donuts Get cooled dip the top surface of the dounts into the sauce
- and then flip over and cool on a plate. 10 - 15 mins.
- Glaze Will hard.
