Bermuda Sorrel Soup

- 1/2 lb fresh sorrel shopping list
- 2 Tbs butter shopping list
- 5 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 cup cream shopping list
- 5 cups beef consomme or stock shopping list
How to make it
- Wash sorrel, remove tough stems
- Shredd leaves
- Melt butter in pan and cook sorrel till wilted and dry
- Pour hot stock over sorrel
- Mix egg yolks with cream
- Pour in slowly and stir and cook slow heat untiol soup starts to thicken
- Do not let boil
- Pour into bowls
