Creme De Menthe Mousse

Mix mint and to this add marshmallows - this is too scrumcious. Use it with a chocolate chiffon or genoise, or simply mix this with a peppermint mousse, and a marshmallow mousse using a mousse ring.
Ingredients
- 20 larges Marshmallows; cut up shopping list
- ¼ cup milk (up to) shopping list
- 4 tablespoons creme de menthe shopping list
- 1 cup Whipping cream; whipped shopping list
- Whipping cream; whipped shopping list
- 1 chocolate covered toffee bar; grated shopping list
How to make it
- Combine marshmallows & milk in saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows melt.
- Stir in creme de menthe.
- Chill until thick.
- Combine marshmallow mixture with 1 cup whipped cream, beating until well blended.
- Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill.
- To serve, top with dollops of whipped cream & sprinkle with grated toffee bar.
