How to make it

  • Combine marshmallows & milk in saucepan.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows melt.
  • Stir in creme de menthe.
  • Chill until thick.
  • Combine marshmallow mixture with 1 cup whipped cream, beating until well blended.
  • Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill.
  • To serve, top with dollops of whipped cream & sprinkle with grated toffee bar.
