Mocha Marshmallow Mousse

- 2 (3.5-oz) milk chocolate bars; broken shopping list
- 20 larges White marshmallows shopping list
- ⅓ cup milk shopping list
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules shopping list
- 2 Egg whites; beaten shopping list
- 1 cup Whipping cream; whipped shopping list
- Almonds; sliced and unsalted shopping list
- Additional whipped cream (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat chocolate bars, marshmallows, milk and coffee in a double boiler until melted, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Fold in beaten egg whites and whipped cream.
- Pour into a 5 cup mold or individual cups.
- Refrigerate or freeze, good served either way.
- When serving, sprinkle with sliced almonds, or whipped cream, if desired.
- Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
