How to make it

  • Cover a 9 x 9 with 9 Graham crackers.
  • Combine pudding and milk and blend at lowest speed about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Spread half over crackers.
  • Add another layer of 9 crackers.
  • Top with the remaining pudding mixture and remaining crackers. Top with cherry pie filling.
  • Let chill in the refrigerator.

    The crackers soften up a bit, so it is possible to cut it with a knife. The graham crumbs may be a little easier while traveling. I guess it's which ever way you'd prefer.. :)

    Think this would be good for RV traveling. Question, do the grahams soften enough that they are easy to cut with a fork? If not, would graham crumbs be better? I'm just thinking -- on paper plates held on one's lap, while sitting on camp chairs.
