Easter Birds Nests

Kid-friendly easter recipe, they are also pretty cute and taste good.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces (227 grams) semi-sweet or milk chocolate, chopped shopping list
- 2 - 2 1/2 cups chow mein noodles shopping list
- jelly beans, "Robin's Eggs", or any egg shaped easter candy, also could use peeps. shopping list
How to make it
- Line a baking pan with a piece of aluminum foil and butter or spray the foil with a non stick vegetable spray.
- Melt the chocolate in a saucepan.
- Carefully add Chow Mein Noodles.
- Spoon six mounds of the mixture onto your sheet, and using fingers, make small indentations in the middle of each nest.
- Place the pan into the refrigerator to set (about 30 minutes).
- Before serving, remove from the refriderator and add small candies to the center.
- Makes about 6, 4-inch nests.
