Cup Cakes

- 60g butter or margarine (1/4 cup) shopping list
- 1/3 caster sugar shopping list
- 1 Large egg shopping list
- 1 cup Self-Raising flour shopping list
- 1/3 milk shopping list
- vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Beat butter until white as possible, then add sugar and beat to a cream.
- Add vanilla and egg, beat well.
- Add flour and milk alternately and mix into a smooth and soft mixture.
- (option) Add as many choc- chips if you wish and mix.
- Spoon a teaspoon, (literally) into paper pattys.
- Bake in a 190 degree oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the top of the cup cakes had just cracked.
- (option) You can make icing sugar if you desired to put on top of cup cakes.
- QUICK SMALL CAKES:
- place all ingredients in a bowl and beat for 3 minutes.
- scoop into paper pattys.
- Cook in 190 degree oven.
