How to make it

  • Wash vegetables and slice them into bite sized chunks. Combine and mix in a big bowl. Add thinly sliced onion strips. Dress the salad with equal parts oil and vinegar. Grate a generous amount of Sirene on top (regular feta will work well also). Taste the salad to see if it might need salt, the Sierene can sometimes be very salty. Enjoy with friends, this is usually a dish that is eaten in gatherings along with alcohol.

    Thanks, I think Bulgarian feta is the best. Not to mention they have the best yogurt too. It's amazing.
