Egg and Bacon French Sandwich Recipe

How to make it

  • Add vanilla ,cinnamon and a little milk to the beaten eggs
  • Dip bread slices in mixture
  • Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium high heat and cook the bread until browned on both sides
  • Set aside and keep warm
  • Cook bacon until crisp
  • Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon bacon grease and fry two eggs to desired doness
  • Make sandwiches with the bacon and eggs and french toast
  • Pour Maple syrup over or just dip sandwiches
