How to make it

  • Place bagel halves cut side up on a baking sheet. Top each half with two tomato slices and two bacon strips. Sprinkle each with cheese.
  • Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until cheese begins to brown. Serve with a side dish of ranch dressing. Yield: 4 servings.
  • NOTE: This is my recipe modified from a triditional one. Because of the changes this is a light, Diabetic Friendly and a low Carb recipe.
