Bacon-tomato Bagel Melts - Diabetic

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 lite bagels, split and toasted shopping list
- 8 tomato slices shopping list
- 8 cooked turkey bacon strips drained on paper towels shopping list
- 1 cup ( 4-oz ) shredded reduced-fat part-skim mozzarella cheese shopping list
- ranch salad dressing Fat-Free shopping list
How to make it
- Place bagel halves cut side up on a baking sheet. Top each half with two tomato slices and two bacon strips. Sprinkle each with cheese.
- Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until cheese begins to brown. Serve with a side dish of ranch dressing. Yield: 4 servings.
- NOTE: This is my recipe modified from a triditional one. Because of the changes this is a light, Diabetic Friendly and a low Carb recipe.
