Spinach and Basil Orzo

- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic shopping list
- 1 medium sweet onion chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 pound box orzo shopping list
- 1-3/4 cups chicken stock shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves chopped shopping list
- 3 sprigs rosemary leaves removed and chopped shopping list
- 1 lemon wedge juiced shopping list
- 10 ounce package frozen spinach defrosted and water squeezed out shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil over medium high heat for 3 minutes.
- Add orzo and chicken stock then cover and cook 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add basil and rosemary then cover and let simmer 5 minutes.
- Turn heat to low then add lemon juice and spinach.
- Stir to combine and cook 1 minute until spinach is heated through.
