How to make it

  • Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil over medium high heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add orzo and chicken stock then cover and cook 3 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add basil and rosemary then cover and let simmer 5 minutes.
  • Turn heat to low then add lemon juice and spinach.
  • Stir to combine and cook 1 minute until spinach is heated through.
