  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Beat eggs until foamy
  • Add to this the rest of the ingredients, until smooth.
  • Pour over your fruit, then bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Top off with more of your fruit, and either top it off with whip cream or dust it with confectioner sugar.
  • Makes more than one - guess is good as mine.
  • Use any pie shell you like.
