How to make it

  • For dressing combine the first nine ingredients in a small bowl then mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  • In large bowl combine peas, celery and onions.
  • Combine sour cream and 2 tablespoons of the dressing and mix well.
  • Fold into the pea mixture and just before serving stir in bacon and cashews.
  • Serve on lettuce leaves with a tomato garnish.
