Sardines In Grape Leaves

                    - 8 whole fresh sardines( not canned ) shopping list
- 1/4 cup sea salt or less if desired shopping list
- 4 bay leaves, fresh or dried shopping list
- 8 grape leaves from a jar shopping list
- 2 frssh lemons cut into wedges shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Perpare the grill
- Remove gills, scales and innards from sardines, leaving head and tails on
- Sprinkle salt inside and out of sardines
- Place half a bay leave in cavity of each sardine
- Roll each sardine in a grape leaf leaving head and tail partly exposed
- Grill wrapped fish about 5 mins on each side
- Unwrap the cooked sardines , plate them, squeeze on a little fresh lemon, eat the fish discarding the bones and grape leaf wrapper
