- 8 chicken thighs shopping list
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni shopping list
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese + extra for topping chicken pieces shopping list
- 1 quart spaghetti sauce, divided shopping list
How to make it
- Cook macaroni per package directions; drain. Put back in empty pot with a lid on to keep warm.
- Meanwhile, spray heavy skillet with non-stick cooking spray and brown chicken thighs for about 10 minutes on each side over slightly higher than medium heat; set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss macaroni with cheeses and spaghetti sauce (reserve 1 cup of spaghetti sauce). Spray 13x9-inch pan or baking dish. Pour macaroni mixture into dish. Arrange chicken thighs on top of macaroni. Spoon some of the reserved spaghetti sauce and sprinkle a bit of Parmesan cheese on each chicken thigh.
- Bake in a 350F deg oven for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
- Serve with garden salad and garlic toast.
