Mexican Chicken Salad

My mother was a huge chicken salad fan. Since her passing last week, I am typing up all of her recipes. This is one she made often and we all loved. Hope you do as well.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken cut up shopping list
- 1/4 cup dairy sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup carrot finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro finely snipped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons capers shopping list
- 2 tablespoons pimentos chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- lettuce leaves for garnish shopping list
- paprika for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Toss all ingredients except paprika.
- Serve on lettuce leaves sprinkled with paprika.
