Sweet Chili Dijonnaise Chicken Sandwich

- 2 tbsp of chicken salt shopping list
- 400g chicken breast shopping list
- 2-3 tbsp of Dijonnaise shopping list
- a dash of lemon juice shopping list
- 1-2 tbsp of sweet chili sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp of butter shopping list
- two dashes of white pepper shopping list
- a dash of black pepper shopping list
- a dash of mint shopping list
- Some bread shopping list
- Some tomato or cucumbers shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate the chicken breast with chicken salt for at least an hour. (this step is optional, you can skip this if you want to save time.)
- Bring the chicken breast to boil for at least 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Drain the chicken and keep some chicken broth.
- In a bowl, mix dijonnaise, lemon juice, sweet chili sauce, butter and mint well.
- Shred the chicken breast and mix well with the above step.
- Sprinkle both the pepper and mix.
- Refrigerate to chill.
- Tip: You can adjust the ingredients according to your taste. Add boiled egg and mash it together if you like.
